The Qur'anic leader is a leader who puts forward the Supreme Qur'anic values ​​in each of his attitudes, actions and policies. 1. Sidiq

2. Trust

A trustworthy leader will reveal the nature of discipline and responsibility, responsibility for the trust that has been imposed on him. A trustworthy leader does not like to break promises or lie, for he is afraid of God, afraid of the punishment of hell in the hereafter. the corrupt might have forgotten this threat of God, so he did his best to fulfill his desires.

3. Tablig

Tablig in the language means to convey the truth, the truth he has ever received to the one he leads. Convey a statement in accordance with the existing, convey the statement correctly, deliver decisions that are all based on the truth. A leader who qur'ani never hide the truth received but dare to convey to the people. Instead of the right even covered up while the wrong one delivered. Leaders who have a soul qur'ani will convey the truths, convey the policies based on the value of the noble value of the Qur'an.

4. Fatonah

Language is smart. a leader must have intelligence, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence. With an intellectual intelligence a leader will think for progress, think far ahead based on the demands of the times, about technology and build an Islamic modern civilization.
