BEING A QUR'ANI LEADER
Humans are born in this world fitroh, souls are sacred, and when it
has reached the age of balig diamanahi God as pemipin for himself because at
that time already burdened full religious law previously imposed on his
parents. From that in essence all humans who live in this world is a leader, at
least leading himself, memenejemen heart karana one of the tasks of a leader is
"memenejemen". The leader of the nafs (soul), the leader of Qolb
(heart) controls and rides the lust for the leader to overcome the passions,
not the lusts that control the leader or leader ridden lust. That is about
self-nafs / nafs which is the starting point that must be passed as a leader
that is able to lead himself to kesepurnaan soul. Every human being is a leader
and in the hereafter must be responsible for his leadership before Allah SWT.
After the responsibility in front of self or human being in the world.
The Qur'anic leader is a leader who puts forward the Supreme Qur'anic
values in each of his attitudes, actions and policies. A Qur'anic leader does
not have to recite or recite the Qur'an he has understood before the people,
but is emanating from all his thoughts, attitudes and policies which are always
based on the Qur'an 'as an example of exemplary form. Making the Qur'an as the
foundation must also follow the Messenger of Allah as the recipient of
revelation, you can observe that the Qur'an itself commands to ta'at to the
teachings of the Prophet Muhammad. Leaders with the above understanding can be
regarded as a righteous leader is a pious leader to Allah SWT.
A Qur'anic leader must have the criteria that have been attributed to
the Prophet Muhammad because the Prophet Muhammad is the example of the leader
of the people throughout the ages, namely the nature of sidiq, amanah, tablig
and fatonah.
1. Sidiq
Sidiq means upholding the truth.
A leader must obey the truth untilever and wherever, regardless of this
nature is out of the Qur'anic leader's creteria. This nature hundreds of years
ago has been exemplified by the Prophet and his Companions. So how do we see
ourselves, our beloved leaders of Indonesia, have these characteristics of
sidiq already?
Given that sidiq means True So a leader abstinence to lie, regardless
of the form whatever the way of lying or saying not true for qur'ani leaders
who have the nature of this sidiq must be avoided. A leader lying is to lie to
the people, so the lie leader is a greater sin than a common liar.
Ladies if there is a leader that corruption means he = .............
Liars.
Should a leader lie?
The qur'ani leader should always do and tell the truth as is, not made
for or engineered. The qur'ani leader must say the truth even though there are
many people who do not like it. let's say that true is true even if it is
bitter, or sometimes silence is better than talking to a leader if he is unable
to say good and right.
should be like a leader watching the word rosulullah saw. As follows:
"verily the honest and the accustomed are truthful, so are recorded in the
sight of god as being very honest".
2. Trust
Trust means being trustworthy. so the meaning of a leader who has the
trustworthiness of his words and deeds is always trustworthy.
Ladies and Gentlemen, the essence of trust is actually a deposit
entrusted to you, in which the deposit will one day be taken by those who have
entrusted him and will be asked and held accountable for his entrusted thing.
all that is in us is the trust of our eyes, our noses, our mouths, our feet,
our bodies are all trustworthy, each will be held accountable by the giver of
trust is Allah SWT. as well as a leader, leadership is a great trust, because
it must be accountable in front of the crowd and later in the hereafter also
must be accountable in the presence of Allah SWT.
A trustworthy leader will reveal the nature of discipline and
responsibility, responsibility for the trust that has been imposed on him. A
trustworthy leader does not like to break promises or lie, for he is afraid of
God, afraid of the punishment of hell in the hereafter. the corrupt might have
forgotten this threat of God, so he did his best to fulfill his desires.
3. Tablig
Tablig in the language means to convey the truth, the truth he has
ever received to the one he leads. Convey a statement in accordance with the
existing, convey the statement correctly, deliver decisions that are all based
on the truth. A leader who qur'ani never hide the truth received but dare to
convey to the people. Instead of the right even covered up while the wrong one
delivered. Leaders who have a soul qur'ani will convey the truths, convey the
policies based on the value of the noble value of the Qur'an.
4. Fatonah
Language is smart. a leader must have intelligence, intellectual,
emotional, and spiritual intelligence. With an intellectual intelligence a
leader will think for progress, think far ahead based on the demands of the
times, about technology and build an Islamic modern civilization. With the
emotional intelligence of a pemiempin will have a more open and not thinking
dwarf, want to hear and consider the other input, want to see the conditions
and situations, want to feel another concern, and always think and do wise
actions. With Spiritual intelligence a leader will be honest, fair, and
istiqomah in goodness, because leaders feel aware of their accountability in
the world and the hereafter.
